NEW NEIGHBOR INFORMATION

Cherry Hills North

your HOA COMMUNITY WEBSITE

A very warm welcome to our new Cherry Hills North neighbors! We're delighted that you have decided to become part of our friendly community.

Cherry Hills North consists of 144 homes in two filings. Our covenants and bylaws can be found on this web site. We comprise one distinct section of Cherry Hills Village. The Cherry Hills Village bulletin, The Village Crier, is mailed to each home every other month. It contains information pertinent to the community as a whole, including upcoming Cherry Hills Village events, meetings, and council reports.

Ask for a CHV directory which includes names and numbers of everyone in CHV. There are numerous hiking trails throughout the Village for walking, horseback riding, or bicycling including the Highline Canal which threads its way throughout metro Denver for 75 miles.

Cherry Hills North Homeowners' Association
